Hayley is a registered counsellor, behaviour support practitioner, and the founder of Capacity Partners Therapy a proudly inclusive, trauma-informed organisation delivering therapeutic and disability support services across NSW, QLD and VIC.
With more than 15 years’ experience in mental health, counselling, and behaviour support, Hayley provides complex, individual counselling and leads multidisciplinary teams across counselling, behaviour support, and community engagement. Her work focuses on helping individuals overcome barriers, achieve stability, and reconnect with meaningful life pathways.
Hayley has extensive experience working within both government and non-government agencies and has established strong partnerships across the mental health sector. She ensures all programs meet rigorous legislative, quality, and audit standards while maintaining person-centred, culturally responsive practice.
Passionate about giving back, Hayley is well known for her ongoing community and charity work sharing her knowledge, time, and professional expertise to improve mental health access and outcomes for those most in need.

Jordan is a dedicated professional with extensive experience supporting individuals within correctional and community settings. With a strong background in operational management and program delivery, he is passionate about building systems and services that empower people to achieve meaningful, lasting change. Jordan brings a trauma-informed and culturally aware approach to his work, ensuring that every individual receives support that recognises their story, strengths, and potential.
As the Operations Manager at Capacity Partners Therapy, Jordan oversees the strategic and operational functions that drive high-quality service delivery across programs including behaviour support, alcohol and other drug (AOD) recovery, and mental health therapy. His leadership ensures CPT remains compliant, innovative, and community-driven, while maintaining a clear focus on participant outcomes, staff development, and organisational growth. Jordan is currently studying towards a Diploma of Counselling, with the goal of becoming a Clinical Psychologist, further deepening his expertise in therapeutic and client-centred practice.
Guided by empathy and professionalism, Jordan is committed to building partnerships that strengthen community connections and long-term outcomes. He works collaboratively with families, service providers, and government agencies to create inclusive pathways of support helping individuals rebuild confidence, stability, and purpose in their lives.
Brooke, is a proud Dunghutti and Kamilaroi woman from the Nucoorilma Clan of Tingha, raised with a deep understanding of culture, kinship, and community responsibility. Guided by the teachings of her father a proud Aboriginal man who instilled the importance of knowing your mob, standing tall, and giving back she continues to honour those values through her work with families, children, and community.
With extensive experience across Out of Home Care (OOHC), Indigenous child and family services, and Aboriginal employment, Brooke brings a wealth of expertise in supporting vulnerable children and families. She is highly skilled in writing court affidavits, conducting safety and risk assessments at a government level, and developing culturally informed Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), which she has been implementing since 2023.
Brooke’s professional knowledge spans child development, trauma-informed practice, and behavioural intervention, with a particular focus on children presenting with complex emotional or behavioural needs. She is currently working towards registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, expanding her therapeutic capacity within Capacity Partners Therapy’s multidisciplinary team.
Deeply passionate about child psychology, family restoration, and cultural identity, Brooke blends clinical practice with lived understanding to ensure every child remains connected to culture and community. Her approach is built on compassion, advocacy, and the unwavering belief that families can heal when given the right support, connection, and opportunity.
Jasmine is a proud mum and psychology graduate with a strong foundation in education, behaviour support, and therapeutic care. She brings a diverse professional background spanning primary education, Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy, university leadership, and psychological testing for neurodevelopmental conditions.
Through her academic training and hands-on experience, Jasmine has developed a deep understanding of client-centred, trauma-informed practice. She is passionate about creating safe, empowering environments where individuals feel heard, supported, and capable of achieving meaningful growth. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based strategies, compassion, and a genuine commitment to understanding each person’s unique story.
Driven by a strong belief that everyone deserves equal access to skills, resources, and opportunities, Jasmine brings both clinical expertise and lived experience into all aspects of her work. This blend allows her to connect authentically with clients and families, while delivering practical, strengths-based support that promotes confidence, independence, and long-term wellbeing.
