Anger Management Program
At Capacity Partners Therapy, we provide a trauma-informed, culturally aware program designed to help individuals understand and manage anger in healthy, constructive ways. Our program supports people experiencing challenges such as child removal, domestic violence charges, forensic involvement, and emotional regulation difficulties.

Children Being Removed
- Support for parents experiencing grief, loss, and shame after child removal
- Guidance in rebuilding trust and demonstrating change to work toward reunification
- Focus on emotional regulation, communication, and positive parenting strategies
DV (Domestic Violence) Charges

- Education on the cycle of violence and the impact of behaviour on family and community

Forensic and Justice-Involved Participants
